FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $50 & UP

We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

- Standard Shipping: $6.90
  - Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days 
  - Includes tracking information

- Economy Shipping: $4.90
  - Estimated Delivery Time: 3-10 business days
  - Includes tracking information

Processing Time:

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.- If you pre-order, please allow extra time for us to re-stock and ship your order.

Shipping Locations:

- We only sell & ship within the U.S.

Shipping Delays:

- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as delivery courier delays or high demand.

Address Accuracy:

- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change a delivery address, please contact us at support@icilyjewels.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Issues:

• If you have any issues with your order, such as missing items or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@icilyjewels.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
• Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS.
• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS & UPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open an insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877.
