Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

We have a lot of gorgeous hypoallergenic pieces! Please be sure to look into the materials used in the description to ensure it is a good fit for you. Not every piece is hypoallergenic.

What if I have a problem with my jewelry?

If for any reason, you have an issue with your jewelry contact us at support@icilyjewels.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What is a preorder?

A preorder is when you checkout for an item that is out-of-stock on the date of your order. No need to worry! We will ship out your order first as soon as we receive our restock. It is the best way to secure your item!

When will I get my order?

We typically pack & ship the same day you place your order. Shipping would depend on which rate you select. See our shipping policy for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We’d certainly love to expand down the line!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled as long as the order has not shipped yet. If your order status has been dispatched, there is no way to modify or cancel at that point.
